Honda TRX450 Racing Chassis
The Lone Star Racing Honda TRX450R chassis is made from 4130 chromoly steel for added strength over OEM. It is designed to use most all of the OEM components including the stock sub frame. It has optional Pro Peg mounts for nerf bars and optional tabs for CRF electronics, which is used by many racers to eliminate all of the lighting and improve spark.
The 2004-2005 chassis has the motor lowered 5/8" to lower center of gravity and improve handling. Due to this change the OEM airbox and boot combo will not work without modification.Â
- If selecting Pro Peg mounts for nerf bars other than LSR, please specify spacing of nerf bar tubes.
